At Reliable Window Cleaning we strive to provide an efficient, professional window cleaning service, to look after our customers and their property and work with integrity, honesty and enthusiasm. Our main goal is to build strong, long term relationships with our clients based on trust, reliability and a high standard of workmanship.

We understand that we are not the cheapest window cleaners out there, but we are not the most expensive. We charge by the set and our set prices have been carefully calculated with a few things in mind:

We pay ALL our Taxes! We don’t do things by halves and taxes is one of those things. We believe in doing things by the book, and doing them right the first time. We pay tax on all our jobs and don’t believe in “under the table business”.

We carry $20mil Public Liability Insurance! We openly and honestly take 100% responsibility in our actions/inactions and can quickly pay for damage or replace items, giving you peace of mind that your property is protected.

We offer a Fixed Price! The price we quote is the price you pay regardless of the time we spend. Not only is every job different, every window can be different too. Once started, a small one hour job can quickly blow up to a three hour job. We don’t charge you any extra for that.

We are Very Fussy! We take a lot of pride and care in our work and we clean a window until its clean. Not like other window cleaners who give the “once over”. We wipe down sills, frames, flyscreens and remove cobwebs and bee spots all in our standard package.

We work for the Customer, not their Money! You know its true, everything we do, we do it for you. Ok, cheesy Brian Adams lyrics aside, we are there for YOU. To do YOU a service and improve the look of YOUR property. We get that, so we go out of our way to surpass and exceed your expectations and give you the best possible customer service experience we can offer.

Window Cleaning can be a very low cost business to start up with minimum overheads. With just a squeegee and bucket, dozens of businesses pop up every year, a lot with super low pricing, many with little or no experience. 90% of these businesses carry no Insurances, pay no Taxes, do a poor job and disappear quickly, taking the good name of window cleaning down with them and lowering the expected price of the service.

So when people tell me “my last window cleaner was cheaper”, my question is, where are they now?

Cleaning Frequency

Frequently cleaned windows look better for longer and are also faster and cheaper to maintain.

Windows are quoted by the set using a formula specific to the type of clean the client requires. Not every job is the same and not all the windows on a job are the same, so our quoting formula allows us to keep the price down for windows that are faster to clean than others.
